Daily tasks include:
? Working with head of commercial and head of marketing to develop Commercial marketing strategy.
? Lead and facilitate 12-month planning process with E & S commercial business unit.
? Develop 12 month rolling E & S commercial marketing calendar. This includes ensuring all stakeholders have access to key information, ensuring all updates are processed and communicated to all stakeholders and format integrity of the plan remains clear.
? Develop Rewards club marketing strategy and tactics inclusive of facilitating points redemptions, digital comms strategy and reporting.
? Develop CRM strategy and Plan for commercial business unit.
? Develop and implement all marketing comms in the B2B marketing channel.
? Identify opportunities to update existing B2B marketing assets and develop critical path to complete updates.
? Day-to-day management of E & S commercial rewards club
? Coordination of the E & S events calendar and Execution of Retail and Commercial events as required.
? Coordinate and implement all facets of cooking demonstration program for the E & S retail and commercial business units.
? Set up and implement CRM program for commercial business unit.
? Manage social media agency and content.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant area.
• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant professional marketing roles.
• Experience in retail or wholesale consumer goods marketing.
• Demonstrated Leadership in implementation of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• High level of commercial awareness and data driven decision making.
• Superior attention to detail, organisational, and planning skills.
• Ability to be calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Annual salary: $ 105,000 + superannuation
Hours of work per week: 38 hours/week
