Lead the onshore & offshore HR Support team to deliver services which include but are not limited to HR Operations, HRIS data quality, Organisational Management, L&D/Talent/Rewards admin, E2E process improvement in Hire-to-Retire processes.
Key responsibilities
In this key role reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services you will be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, leadership and coordination of transactional HR related services in the Hire-to-Retire process.
Specifically, you will;
Provide input into the Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy
