Your Opportunity:

  • Operational Innovation: Identify and seize opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, challenging the status quo to raise operational standards to new heights.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to meet the evolving workforce needs of our hotel while nurturing and elevating internal talent.
  • Learning & Development: Bring to life signature Sofitel brand programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Engagement and Motivation: Develop and implement initiatives that engage and motivate our diverse workforce, fostering a positive, inclusive, and vibrant work environment where everyone thrives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide advice and support to ambassadors on related matters, policies and procedures
  • Partnership: Work with the Talent & Culture Manager to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance and support that drives sustainable success.
  • Reporting & Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through meticulous reporting and checklist completion.
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Champion health, safety, and welfare initiatives to protect and support our ambassadors along with being part of the WHS Committee.
