- Engagement and Motivation: Develop and implement initiatives that engage and motivate our diverse workforce, fostering a positive, inclusive, and vibrant work environment where everyone thrives.
- Employee Relations: Provide advice and support to ambassadors on related matters, policies and procedures
- Partnership: Work with the Talent & Culture Manager to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance and support that drives sustainable success.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through meticulous reporting and checklist completion.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Champion health, safety, and welfare initiatives to protect and support our ambassadors along with being part of the WHS Committee.
