The core capability requirements for this role are:
? Practical application of HR legislation, guidelines, policies, and frameworks and provide sound advice. ? Contribute to and support the implementation of improved HR practices and processes, including developing and administering Microsoft Office 365 solutions. ? Coordinate and facilitate forums and committees, including the delivery of professional secretariat services as required. ? Assist with the coordination, development and review of submissions, reports and other correspondence to provide high quality oral and written briefings to senior management. ? Develop and maintain professional networks and communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. ? Actively apply problem solving approaches to enhance HR and corporate governance outcomes.
