Position Title: Full-time Telecommunication Network Engineer
Annual Salary: A$ 131,500 + superannuation

Onel is a leading consultancy company working in could services, data centre solution and network security services. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic telecommunication network engineer to join our friendly team.

Tasks include:
• Provide network engineering solutions to a variety of business customers.
• Provision new and upgraded network hardware.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.
• Assist in the design of customer networks.
• Lead customer projects and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
• Telecommunication network systems integration.
• Ensure the solution compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies.


Skill level required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Networking and Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the configuration and deployment of enterprise and telecommunications networking equipment.
• Experience with Network Access control Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
• Experience with the following technologies: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRF, VLAN, VPN/IPSec, SD-WAN, VoIP.
• Experience in the configuration of Load Balancers such as F5 and Citrix NetScaler.
• Experience in the configuration of NGFW systems, Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FortiGate.
• Experience in planning, designing and implementing range of enterprise and telecommunications network devices.
• Good understanding of Change and Problem Management.
• Good understanding in Engineering Project Management, Product Evaluation and Performance Assessment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work within deadlines to a high standard.
