Based in Lane Cove North, NSW, Hit Group Pty Ltd was first established in 2012 and its primary function is to provide management and operational advice and services to its established associated entities, which operate as a group. Hit Group provides marketing support and customer service educations, management advice and consulting services to all of our companies operating in Australia.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that organisational objectives are met in your role as Business Procedures Analyst.

As part of your role, duties and responsibilities include:

? Conducting an audit of HIT Group and its associated entities/ businesses on a commencement
level and through scheduled inspections (monthly, quarterly or bi-annually) to identify
operational deficiencies;
? Preparing reports, presentations and/or advices (to the Managing Director and Executive
Management team) in relation to the above operational deficiencies and develop objectives,
strategies and procedures to improve operational efficiency with achievable timelines and
performance metrics;
? Collaborating with the Managing Director, Executive Management team and each Manager of
the associated entities/ businesses to identify suitable procedures, processes and structures to
implement that is unique and tailored to the specific business operation and industry;
? Performing a top to bottom evaluation of HIT Group’s and it associated entities’ business
activities that include but are not limited to:
o service offerings and capabilities,
o pricing, sales, turnover/ revenue and fiscal viability;
o staffing and recruitment;
o administrative and clerical procedures;
o Technology systems and databases; and
o performance of all of the above against business objectives.
? Executing new procedures, policies and processes agreed to and monitoring its performance
and efficacy in relation to meeting growth objectives for the overall business and each
associated entity.
? Designing, developing and directing more efficient use of the business’ current resources to
address targets and minimize costs This may include reorganizing staffing across different
entities, creating new positions or combining current roles, researching new supply lines,
organizing new technology systems and software and repurposing existing products and
services.
? Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals,
manuals, policy documents, etc. are kept up to date and are available;
? Adopt change transformation methodology and protocols to develop and execute business
solutions.
? Keep abreast of new methodologies and advise the Managing Director and Executive
Management team accordingly.

Skills and experience

? Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
? Sound expertise in managing and implementing operational structures for multiple internal
divisions (within a large corporate entity) or business counterparts.
? Exceptional organizational, analytical and evaluation skills
? Employ and observe honorific ‘Keigo’ business language and customs.


Salary: Minimum AUD $70,000 per year plus Superannuation
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 38 hours per week
Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent
resident)
