Senior PM & 2x other project managers, 1x CA in project team currently.
They have other office staff, like payroll, office managers etc
Projects are architecturally designed residential properties, mainly single dwellings but have completed some apartments also. They used to do some commercial but don?t do that anymore.
Project value usually tends to be a minimum of $5 mil however usually $10 mil plus.

They need another project manager to come in to join the projects team due to the demand in work.
