To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years? experience in the Real Estate Industry (A bonus if you?ve worked in the Commercial sector)
Current Agent?s Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and resolve disputes, if necessary.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience using CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
High attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.
