Solutions Engineer- EMS/NMS
The Solutions ? EMS / NMS Engineer is responsible for delivering EMS / NMS solutions right from Pre-Sales to commissioning, hand-over and support to customer, this includes solution development, design & testing documentation and deployment of Vendor Specific EMS / NMS platforms and applications.
This role will involve closer working with vendors (technical) and customers both internal and external, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to the customer?s satisfaction.
The role will be primarily based in Melbourne and will require some regional and interstate travel to other site offices and customer sites where regular progress meetings, workshops, installation activities, training and ongoing support will be required.
