Job Description
The Payroll officer will run the end to end Payroll function for 350 employees on a fortnightly basis. Key areas of responsibility will include:
Updating of employee information on the Payroll system (Micropay)
Preparation of pay run reports.
Processing superannuation, workers compensation, payroll tax.
Completing mandatory reporting, both internal and statutory.
Assisting Payroll Manager with payroll reporting, including end of month, end of financial year.
Distributing payslips and payroll related communication.
Interpretation of industrial instruments, including awards and EBA's.
Payment and reconciliation of payroll ta, child support, superannuation.
