Assistant Venue Manager

Purpose
Simply put the job of an Assistant Venue Manager is to supervise the shift. The most important aspect of the role is to 'assist' & ?supervise? and support the Venue Manager. You will be supervising staff, people and personalities. All the while coaching staff to improve to the level required of a Varsity employee. 

Responsibilities
MVP Sidekick:

Assist the Venue Manager in running a smooth burger operation, stepping up to lead when needed.
Train and guide the team to deliver winning performances.

Roster Gameplan:

Strategically create and manage rosters, ensuring optimal coverage and a cohesive team.
Execute shifts with precision, keeping the energy levels high and customer service on point.

Scoreboard Management:

Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets and cost control, leading the team to victory.
