We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team who will lead strategic project management with an emphasis on business analysis, risk mitigation, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
Align and set clear objectives and goals for the project in alignment with our strategic vision.
Champion opportunities for business enhancement through process insights.
Provide data to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
Uphold best practices in Project Management to ensure deliverables meet our expectations.
Monitor and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.
Lead people-centric change management initiatives, prepping teams for transitions and tackling resistance.
Engage meaningfully with stakeholders at every level and manage effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify training needs and design relevant programs to bolster transformation efforts.
Who are you:
Qualified in Project Management or possess equivalent experience.
Proficient in Agile Project Methodology and Lean 6 Sigma or have similar experience.
Ability to simplify intricate scenarios into easily digestible information.
Vast experience in Project Management across diverse industries.
Proven capability to maintain client relationships ensuring collaborative project delivery.
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on organisational respect.
