Look no further! We're seeking a Finance Assistant to join our construction client in West Melbourne. This client is paving the way within their specialism and due to an influx of clientele, they need a new addition to the finance function. Your new role Working within an organisation that truly puts their heart and soul into the works they do, with a passion for their trade. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Utilising Jobpac accountancy system - must be proficient in this or at least have used it before/be knowledgable
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Inter-company transactions
Financial reporting
Any adhoc tasks as needed
This role will NOT involve - AP, AR, Job Costing or Payroll
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years experience in a similar role
Jobpac software exposure
Excels in MS Excel
Highly numerate
Accounting qualifications/knowledge of accounting principles
Construction / Builder industry exposure
