About The Role The role of a Business Systems Specialist is to support the various business systems within Support Services, including streamlining business systems processes, improving efficiency and building stronger connections between the different departments within our company to work collectively towards common business objectives. You will achieve this through Auswide Bank’s well designed and implemented policies, procedures, testing, controls monitoring and stakeholder (people engagement). Working directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to monitor and improve systems that impact the whole of the Support Services division and, where necessary, coordinate with other Business Systems Specialists within the various business units of Support Services. You will be the COO’s voice and a reliable communication channel to ensure members of the team are updated regularly, and subsequently, drive respective business systems optimally within Support Services.
