Head of Process Safety

About the role We're looking for a Head of Process Safety who is passionate about helping all of our businesses across the Pacific and Europe effectively manage process safety risks to prevent high-consequence events. While we do not operate major hazard facilities, we have multiple factories processing flammable solvents and combustible dusts, and we apply a strong leadership focus and commitment to ensuring prevention of process safety events. As a senior leader within our Safety & Sustainability (S&S) team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, from your leaders, your colleagues, and the businesses. We have a well-established PSM approach across our Pacific businesses, with strong ownership by operations leaders, however we continue striving for best practice management and recognise we can never relax our improvement focus.
