Works Supervisor

Do you have experience leading a team and planning programmed works? About the role Join the City of Coffs Harbour as a Works Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring that our open space facilities can continue to be enjoyed by the community. As a Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a successful team, overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe work practices are being adhered to, scheduling projects and employee rosters, and budget reporting. The ideal candidate will obtain proven experience in Facilities, Parks, Reserves and Horticultural maintenance in a practical hands-on capacity, with general knowledge of plant operations, building structures and playground equipment.
