The Document Specialist will develop, manage and review the organisation's evolving Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). In accordance with the organisation's goals and practices, the successful candidate will be responsible for continually improving the system and streamlining business functions. Oversee the EDMS by storing documents, records and registers to maintain accuracy. Implement corrective actions and maintain incident reporting related to Health, Safety and Risks. Ensure the maintenance of the EDMS follows high standards of quality, and compliance and is consistently met across the organisation.
