We're seeking a dedicated Deskside Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Eight Mile Plains headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite support across Multicap Group sites, collaborating closely with the Digital Services team. Track and handle Tier 1/2 incidents and changes efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Escalate critical problems to relevant vendors and support further investigation efforts. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex computer problems for end users onsite, recommending and implementing corrective solutions. Deploy, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstations, networks, printing, video conferencing, phones, and related hardware and software. Collaborate with internal teams to define system-related business requirements and objectives. Conduct IT asset management to facilitate informed business decisions about IT-related purchases.
