We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager - Facilities to join our team at Sodexo's Brisbane Support Office in Eight Mile Plains.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, facilities and newly created Uniform store ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all employees.   

We are offering this role PT 3 days per week with the potential to be FT in the near future, 22.8hrs P/W with flexiblity around start and finish times.  Salary for 3 days $51,000 + Super.  

Duties may include:

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
• Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, scheduling regular inspections 
• Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate any office moves, renovations, and space planning projects
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems for office supplies and equipment
• Set up and maintain East Coast Uniform distribution store

To be successful you will need:

• Previous experience in office management or office facilities management role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (Trade Shift, Otpimum, WinX)
• Basic project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
