This opportunity will have you surrounded by a supportive team and be part of a successful car dealership in Berwick. With your exceptional communication abilities, you will build trust with customers and assist them with buying their dream car over the phone. Responsibilities:
Initiate calls to customers who have made an enquiry
Identify their needs and match them with their ideal vehicle
Run through the vehicles benefits and features
Provide a virtual tour of the car models
Arrange test drives
Highlight each vehicles unique selling points
About You:
Not afraid to be on the phone
Easily build trust and rapport with customers
Confident and enthusiastic to reach KPI's
Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills
Background in fast paced retail, sales, or customer service industry
You will be required to work Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 6pm with an RDO during the week. What's in it for you:
