Voyager Estate This person works as part of the Restaurant front-of-house team to deliver a positive food and wine experience to our dining guests. Taking orders, setting tables, serving food and beverages are core elements of this role. Task & Responsibilities setting and arranging tables for service greeting and seating customers, explanation of the menu service of a section of tables: orders, water, clearing, resetting explanation of food dishes and wines with each course liaising with chefs and pass position as required undertaking Restaurant pack down procedure collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers Qualification & Experience The successful candidate must possess an AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or equivalent. At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
