Position: Full time
Wage: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative problem solver, someone who can think on their feet! The successful applicant must have a willingness to travel to remote Aboriginal communities across East Arnhem Land regularly.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio that is supported by innovative and tech savvy systems, allowing our PM's to focus on their relationships with landlords and tenants.
The ideal person will have Property Management experience, with a knowledge and understanding of the legislative requirements.
If you have the following skills and experience, we'd love to chat:
Current Certificate of Registration
Previous experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management
Current driver’s licence - work vehicle provided
Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights?
Self-motivated with a can do attitude
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Ability to communicate with clients, build lasting relationships and genuinely care about our client's investment as much as they do
Able to work part of a team, while independently managing a portfolio
Tech savvy with experience using the Microsoft Office applications and Real Estate software
Knowledge of current NT Legislation is desirable

Monday to Friday, NO weekend work!
