What’s the role?
We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various tasks across data entry, ASX workbook maintenance, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?:
Communications
- Respond to inbound emails, ensuring timely and personalised replies
- Provide detailed and informative responses, demonstrating industry and Market Index knowledge
Data management
- Ensure that company data is accurate and up to date.
- Update live data to ensure the information provided to users is accurate and up to date.
- Manage user account renewals and closures
What background are we looking for:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with financial markets and terminology preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or data entry roles is an advantage
