This is an important hands-on role in our business and offers a great opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a difference daily.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems and provide resolutions
Provide IT systems and hardware support to retailers and office staff
Log support case tickets ensuring appropriate priority is assigned
Follow up support requests and provide consistent updates to retailers and staff
Assist in the initial setup of devices including laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and other IT assets
Install and update the appropriate software for office staff
Provide Microsoft 365 support inclusive of user account creation
Conduct system training sessions with retailers and office staff
Ensure effective use of applications and IT equipment
Desired
Relevant educational qualification in IT or computer science is required
It is essential to possess at least 12 months of work experience in a similar role, with a thorough understanding of IT systems and hardware
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 is essential
Experience working in a similar role within the retail sector would be highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Must be a problem solver who can interpret information presented in a variety of ways and provide solutions
Patience is important as you will be providing support to stakeholders with differing levels of IT understanding and experience
The ability to work independently using initiative and also as part of a team with guidance and direction
