We have recently restructured our Food & Beverage department, ensuring that we have a strong management team in order to support you in your role as Restaurant Manager. You will report directly to our Director of Operations and will cover our afternoon / evening restaurant service but may be required to cover breakfast service if and when required.

- Manage the service of food and beverage within all food & beverage outlets.
- Management and guidance of all food and beverage staff members.
- Rostering of the food & beverage team to suit the operations and resort demands.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets and other equipment used by the restaurant, bar and room service.
- Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly.
- Coordinate between the relevant departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly restaurant / bar reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Food and Beverage meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts to enable accurate rosters.
- Ensure constant liaison with the Conference, Wedding & Events team and attend weekly BEO meetings.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and resort liquor licensing guidelines.
