About the role

  • This opening is for a Transport Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join our team in Murarrie

  • This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 10:00 – 18:00  

  • Manage customer and client freight queries with key clientele  

  • Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and resolve queries in a prompt manner

  • Follow up customer and customer store calls to ensure delivery and pick-up times are met

  • Using our systems and software to complete routing tasks, in order to organise driver runs and align them to our delivery deadlines

  • Extract data from spreadsheets in order to coordinate our driver runs

  • Use your knowledge of the Brisbane region to organise drivers and coordinate runs effectively and efficiently

  • Reschedule any urgent deliveries directly with customers and re-route drivers where necessary

  • Support our drivers when required to ensure high levels of fleet presentation

  • Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

  • Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.

  • Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.

  • Manage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
