We are currently looking to appoint a professional and motivated Property Accountant to our Finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full time basis.
This opportunity would be perfect for someone who has 2+ years experience and is looking to join a global hospitality leader and work in a fantastic team environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly Profit & Loss reporting and variance analysis for a portfolio of properties
- Standard end of month journals including accruals, revenue and reclasses for a portfolio of properties
- Expense allocations across the group
- Monthly Revenue, Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations
- AR Receipting
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Attending to Finance Help Desk queries
- Assisting properties with all finance related queries
- Review reports from our Property Management System and identify any errors requiring correction before EOM
