Reporting into the Install Manager (Install Supervisor in some states), the Installer – Carpenter is involved in the delivery and installation of appliances which need cabinetry or bespoke installation requirements at customers’ premises, in a timely and professional manner. The Installer - Carpenter will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team, and align with company values.
- Contact each customer with an arrival time frame.
- Visit customers to measure and quote for appliance upgrades and cabinet modification.
- Deliver and install new kitchen and laundry appliances (e.g. dishwashers, rangehoods, integrated microwaves, integrated fridges).
- Cut benchtops and cabinets to fit new appliances.
- Remove old appliances and packaging.
- Assume every problem is solvable, and use your expert trade skills to find the best solution for every customer.
