We are recruiting Sommeliers/Wine Waiters with premium dining experience to join our incredibly skilled, international team.
We have both casual and full time positions available.
Successful candidates must have:
• Australian working rights
• Current NSW RSA certificate
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing; with focus on Italian, French, and Australian wines
• Understanding of COGS
• Fluent spoken English
• Formal hospitality qualifications and/or 1-2 years of employment experience
• A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork!
Viewed favorably:

• Experience with Italian cuisine
