Your New Company : This is a huge global insurer that offers hundreds of products and operate in countries around the world. In their Sydney Head Office, you will be joining a small, close-knit office which focusses predominantly on travel insurance. Looking to create a brand-new team for this area, it is a fantastic opportunity to get back into or start a career in insurance. Your New Role: Here you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from customers and agents, clients and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with travel insurance enquiries and delivering fantastic customer service
Up-selling and cross-selling products/services by means of creating a great customer service experience
Handling high-volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment
Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services
Meeting compliance and exceeding targets and KPIs.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Ideally, you would come from a travel or health insurance background
Other financial services, travel or contact centre backgrounds will also be considered
You will have demonstrated experience working in a structured and fast-paced contact -centre or phone-based environment
You will have great phone-manner and written and verbal communication, with the ability to deal with complex enquiries and the desire to go above and beyond for the customer
PR or Citizenship as this is a permanent full-time position
What You'll Get in Return:
Full-time permanent paying $65k + super, earn up to $80k with all associated penalties for evenings and weekends (should you opt in for those shifts)
