Your new role
The primary responsibility of the role is the timely and accurate validation and processing of customer claims.
Manage the claims register, providing commentary and direction
Validate claims vs scan results to ensure accuracy
Primary contact for enquiries from Field, Finance and Customer teams
Validate and reconcile claims/deductions received; confirm legitimacy and identify invalid claims; support customer and finance team through dispute resolution
What you'll need to succeed
Numerical Skills
Experience in FMCG is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using IT systems
Strong Excel literacy
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
