Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and financial queries
Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed
Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required
Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday
Resolving customer issues on first call resolution
What you'll need to succeed
Must be an Australian Citizen or hold PR
Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance
Experience managing and responding to customer complaints
Financial Services / Motor Vehicle industry experience
Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work under own initiative
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products
Strong time management and stakeholder management skills
Rotating roster between the office hours of 8.00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday
