SGS is seeking a Inspections Coordinator to join the team in Wingfield. This is a unique opportunity for an versatile, entry level position in the grains industry. The successful candidate will have great customer service skills. SGS will provide on the job training.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- To prepare accurately and efficiently trade import / export documentation for bulk and containerized shipments.
- Understanding of the GAFTA trading rules and ISO 17020 standard
- To assist in overseeing and maintaining back-office activities and key operational functions of the Australian Agriculture Services
- Maintain the SGS back-office systems (BOSS and SIR) as well as job registers, inventory registers and sample registers.
- Carry out inspections at packing facilities and on board export vessels.
- Testing grains in accordance with local and international standards
