Flexible working is embraced, and they are always open to discussing your individual needs so that you get to create your own experience.    The Opportunity    Due to continued business growth, our client is currently seeking a Senior/Lead Civil Engineer to join their Queensland business.    As the Lead Civil Engineer, you will join the infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of infrastructure projects. As a leader in the growing Water team, you will support an expanding portfolio of large-scale water infrastructure projects as you utilise your experience to enjoy a new career challenge.    Role Responsibilities Utilise your technical engineering capabilities to play a hands-on supporting role in the delivery of projects. Develop your career by leading packages of work on large and complex projects. Carry out engineering and design tasks as well as interacting with clients and maintaining positive relationships. Collaborate with other technical disciplines within the wider project teams as you provide input in working together to develop client-focused solutions. Position Requirements    As an established or emerging leader, you will ideally possess:  A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering Experience in supporting large-scale projects. Working knowledge of contemporary software tools and associated systems. You will have a background in at least 2 of the following technical areas; bulk water and sewer pipeline design (gravity and pressure), water or wastewater treatment facilities design or treatment plant and pumped hydraulics.
