We are looking for an internal sales representative that has great communication skills, is able to multitask and pays attention to detail.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Use SAP and BeQik to provide support to the VIC sales and service teams with product pricing, availability, and delivery times
• Administer sales processes and update as required
• Assist with all phone and e-mail enquiries from both Non-Account and Account Customers who might benefit from company products or services
• Investigate all phone and e-mail enquiries for future potential and pass this information on to their respective manager for action
• Persuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Provide quotations and information as requested by phone/fax or e-mailed requests
• Calculating Customer quotations and administering Customer accounts
• Providing some technical assistance if possible and product information as requested by customer and sales engineer, to support after-sales services activities
• Preparing reports as requested
• Meeting regular sales targets
