The Role
We are ideally looking for a candidate with:
Flexible yet experienced leadership of an ID team
Superb design sensibility and dedication to producing the best outcome for all stakeholders
Ability to deliver design direction with competence and commercial viability.
Proven track record in design leadership on complex projects with strong delivery experience
Inspirational design capability and client service excellence
Manage clients and consultants through all phases of the design process delivering with a planned, organised approach with a high attention to detail
Enthusiasm to foster, support and promote industry-leading design practices, interdisciplinary teamwork and mutual respect among staff
Qualifications and Experience
Interior design or other relevant design degree
10+ years of post-graduate experience minimum
AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino or similar software skills required
High-rise, multi-residential or commercial experience highly desirable
You will be rewarded with a full time position within our firm. Remuneration depending on experience $75,000-$90,000 p/a
