Due to significant growth, exciting wins and ongoing delivery success with our clients in our real estate sector we are looking for an energic, dynamic and ambitious Senior Cost Manager (Quantity Surveyor) with proven local delivery experience to join our Brisbane based team and assist our Health care and Hospital projects, reporting directly to our Queensland State Cost Management Director.
The ideal applicant with have a strong background in Quantity Surveying and preferably have worked within a professional consultancy before, but those with a background in other areas, such as experience working for main contractors are encouraged to apply.
As a Senior Cost Manager you will expected to work independently managing your own deliverables, whilst delivering major projects in a team environment. You will strive to promote and maintain the highest of professional standards combined with supporting junior staff to grow and learn through sharing your knowledge and experience.
