ToniMay is in search of a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, experience also working with a retail brand in the jewellery space is also preferred. This role will focus on optimizing our online presence and promoting the ToniMay brand through effective marketing strategies, including but not limited to our Email Marketing and Social Media Channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Online and Social Marketing:
• Implement and refine online marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility.
• Utilize email tracking, assess sales performance, and conduct regular assessments of our online presence for continuous optimization.
2. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing campaigns.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
• Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including email and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance, drawing insights to enhance future initiatives.
4. Content Creation:
• Contribute to the creation of captivating marketing content for online platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for review by management.
Qualifications/experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Previous experience working for a retail business (jewellery preferred)
