This role supports the Food and Beverage team through ensuring efficient operation and high quality service of the Hotel's Bar Outlets.
The duties include:
- Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction through the provision of professional drinks service (bar and table).
- Supervise and support team to ensure a high standard of guest service
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and seamless guest dinner service
- Maintain product knowledge and use initiative to improve bar service and operations through exceptional communication with the Food and Beverage team
