Reporting to the Group Financial Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the Financial Accounting duties for Nearmap Global divisions including Technology, Engineering, Product and Survey Operations. Working collaboratively with Global Business Partner in ensuring the accurate financial data are maintained, providing valuable and meaningful feedback and recommendation on tracking their performance and keeping business alignment.
- Responsibility for the timely and accurate review of vendor bills, purchase orders, credit card and expense reports
- Accountability for the division’s month-end schedule
- Timely completion of relevant balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of the Fixed Asset Register, including Tangible and Intangible capitalisation and asset onboarding, depreciation and applicable revaluation, transfer and disposal
- P&L review with meaningful variance analysis to support Business Partner’s division result review for monthly sign-off
- Contribute to monthly management reporting, annual audit and statutory reporting
- Assisting Commercial Finance in annual budget and quarterly forecast working, providing actual spending and trend analysis
