Cleared are working with a global leader in passive radar systems & are looking to speak to Hardware Coordinator who is based in Adelaide. As this role is within the Defence sector you will need to be an Australian Citizen and ideally already ideally already with a AGSVA baseline clearance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The Hardware Coordinator will oversee stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing inventory, track orders from various suppliers, and handle other miscellaneous tasks for the hardware team as needed. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across internal teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong ability to plan and ensure timely delivery. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND BEHAVIORS :
Manage daily stock handling and warehousing
Control inventory and replenish stock
Coordinate stock counts and inspections
Coordinate with suppliers for returns and warranties
Handle purchase requisitions and orders
Contribute to company values and culture
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Maintain inventory records and flow control
Provide exceptional customer service
