Job Overview: Manage administrative tasks and customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Oversee the Customer Care Team and refine order entry processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Customer Care KPIs: Represent the customer, lead by example, and monitor reports for timely interventions.
Deliver a Great Customer Experience: Process payments, address customer problems promptly, and coordinate with other teams for timely deliveries.
Take Ownership of the Order Entry Process: Meet targets, ensure accuracy, and continuously improve the process.


Skills & Experience:

3+ years in Customer Service/Office Management.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and business acumen.
Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Growth mindset, exceptional communication, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Energy, drive, and strong process orientation.
