As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in the Blacktown area.
Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality.
You will bring your excellent time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
