The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Australian and New Zealand team.
The Senior Development Manager is a customer-facing role who is responsible for the P&L, growing revenue, growing market share, leading the sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
The Senior Business Development Manager reports to the Asia Pacific General Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
• Growing the revenue and market share.
• Ensuring the sales, financial and operational resources are effectively deployed.
• Developing sales and marketing plans consistent with the regional strategy.
• Leveraging partnerships.
• Managing and developing the sales, financial and operational teams.
Your Experience
We are seeking an individual who has excellent business acumen, a builder of strong business relationships, experience managing FMCG brands across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
If you have P&L expertise, have ten years' experience across the Australian and New Zealand FMCG space, have managed sales and marketing teams and a history of market share and revenue growth we would like to hear from you.
