- Plan, Co-ordinate and control the activities of the Service team to maintain Customer satisfaction and meet organisational and operational targets.
- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly.
- Service Sales (drive existing strategies, visit customers, sell service products like maintenance contracts etc).
- Ensure Target for Turnover is achieved.
- Quality (Lead time, NCR, customer feedback, Quality action list, Calibration, testing and tagging, certification, tool listings, etc).
- Ensure all relevant licenses, tickets, and inductions etc are current (with copies).
- Ensure Employee Training (competence management) is up to date.
- Supervise employees, contractors and visitors as required from HSE and Quality perspective.
- Ensure profitable and sustainable service growth.
- Developing new strategies, plan for future growth, resource, and personnel planning.
