We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Clerk to join our Retail and Consumer team in Moorebank NSW. As a transport clerk, you will have a variety of responsibilities, which can make the job interesting and engaging. Some of the tasks you may be responsible for include scheduling and coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, managing transportation documentation, and communicating with drivers and customers.

As the Transport Clerk, you will:
- Complete the day to day planning for the facility to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity for the DC. This includes managing and controlling all batch planning, managing daily work loads and schedules, providing administrative support to daily operations staff and monitoring status of work in progress.
- Record all outwards freight movements ensuring everything is labelled and manifested correctly, in line with company policy, customer requirements and legislation.
- Ensure all inward/outward freight movements recorded accurately in WMS/TMS on same day as physical movement took place.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Open and distribute all incoming mail in a timely and accurate manner.
