General Responsibilities for a Light Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice:

Service and repair mechanical parts including engines, gearboxes, clutches, and breaks
Diagnosing faults
Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, battery testing and replacing parts
Reading and understanding car / manufacturers manuals
Adhering to safety protocols
