We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Travel Partnerships & Ancillary Revenue Manager to join the NRMA’s Membership team on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key partners to ensure relevant, best-in-market member benefits are available for NRMA Members, in addition to managing International Driver Permits (IDP), travel insurance and other travel related revenue streams. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity and ongoing tracking and reporting.  You will also support the wider Partnerships team to identify, engage and secure new partners, including their successful contracting and on-boarding. The role requires a moderate level of strategic planning and works with multiple cross-functional teams across Roadside & Membership and the wider NRMA Group to deliver growth in revenue, usage and engagement as well as continuous improvement to the customer experience.

The role offers the flexibility to work from home and across all offices with attendance at our Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices 2-3 days per week as agreed and required for the role.

About You!

  • 5+ years in travel, partnerships, product, customer experience or marketing role
  • Superior skills and demonstrated business success in Sales and Marketing environments
  • Previous experience within Travel, Tourism and/or Transport industry  (preferred not essential)
  • Tertiary degree qualification in business, economics, commerce or similar with an advanced qualification or industry related program (preferred not essential)
  • High level of business acumen, including an established capability to take a ‘big picture’ view of the business and its operations, and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive shared organisational outcomes
  • Previous experience in P&L management (end to end)
  • Proven analytical ability with complex financial and performance data and models
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills including an ability to apply innovative strategic solution and services selling
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and foster strategic and operational relationships
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a matrix environment for projects of a similar size and scope
  • Highly organized and comfortable with managing multiple projects and tasks to meet timelines in a high pressure environment
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people from various levels in a corporate environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
