The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced and talented Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong understanding of Electrical Design processes in our Newcastle Office.
We will offer an excellent remuneration package and will provide significant relocation assistance if required.
Consultation with clients to establish requirements and scope of work
Leading the development of electrical design and project documentation
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and on budget
Providing on-going support to our customers
Supporting and driving a HSEQ centric culture within the company
Desirable Experience and Skills:
Client focused with strong communication skills
Demonstrated at least 5 years of relevant experience
Water Industry/Mining/Industrial Manufacturing - from a Contractors perspective
Demonstrated team and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of electrical design processes
Practical experience with industrial electrical installations,
Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD electrical
Experience with PowerCAD, PTW, ETAP or similar electrical installation design software
Engineers Australia recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of control systems, communications networks and instrumentation
