As the State Manager of our Victoria Operations you will:
- Lead State Sales & Service team as functional head
- Consistently achieve budgeted sales targets on monthly and annual basis with expected profit margin
- Develop and agree a business development strategy with the executive management.
- Define work processes, guidelines and best practice for all sales, service, and admin staff
- Provide lead on IT and Office security for state-based facilities
Other duties will include but not be limited to:
- Building up and maintaining strong relationships with Customers, Sales Team, Service Team State operational facilities and other departments i.e., local.
- Identifying new business opportunities and provide lead in converting these into real projects.
- Provide regular reports on Branch & State performance and activity
- Provide technical application, per-sale, and on-site sales support to Customers
- Negotiating commercial terms with key Customers and Distributors
- Utilising Bosch Rexroth sales and strategic planning processes and tools to define the framework for the sales planning, monitor, analyse and report development measures
- Personally Prepare and coordinate all data and presentations for strategic executive meetings
- Lead and guide the regional sales manager/branch manager sales, Internal & External Service Departments in definition and execution of best practices, work processes, product, sales and service training
- Mentor and provide technical backing for the Sales and Service team.
- Provide HR lead with monitoring and support for staff’s well-being in the performance of their roles in all facilities.
- Provide Lead on allocated business growth and expansion projects as nominated by management.
